We want to help improve the health and well-being of our customers, both physically and mentally. Psychological disorders are becoming more and more prevalent in society, and an increasing number are affecting well-being, both in Denmark in general and among our customers.
How we can help you
Our healthcare offering closely links our insurance products to advice, support and guidance from our health advisers for both employees and employers in companies that have with pensions with us. We call this offering AP Care.
The health advisers are nurses, social counselors and job coaches with experience in stress management, physical health, municipal processes and general guidance on well-being.
Companies can be assigned a coordinator who ensures that situations are thought through from start to finish. We offer guidance to employees and provide an overview of options available in the healthcare and employment system. AP Care can also provide advice and guidance to both managers and employees when the first signs of stress appear or when being off sick with stress affects daily life.

We promote health in companies
We are a health and well-being sparring partner for our corporate customers and we often collaborate with companies on working environment, sick leave, retention and attraction of employees.
What a typical health initiative looks like:
- We are contacted by a company facing challenges in the form of high staff turnover, stressed employees and managers, heavy workload and an HR department under pressure.
- Together, we focus on tackling employees and managers with stress and developing a strategy for how to work on physical and mental health in a structured and preventive way.
- Employees are offered an online course in stress prevention.
- Evaluation of the initiative and agreement on impact measurement after six months to a year.
