We want to do more for sustainability. We want to work for a balanced climate and a healthier environment, and contribute to better social conditions and less illness among individuals. All based on a responsible business foundation. We call this a life in surplus. In other words – added value for each other, for our community and for investment in the world around us.
We have DS 5001 Equality and diversity management systems certification
In recent years, AP Pension has worked extremely purposefully and systematically on equality, equal pay, and equal career opportunities. This resulted in us being certified in June 2023 in the new management standard, DS 5001 Equality and diversity management systems.
The standard has been developed by Danish Standards together with more
than 20 Danish organizations and is intended to help companies promote their work to achieve equality and diversity in the workplace.
We have three roles
We work for added value for everyone through the three key roles we have as a pension company: investor, pension company, and workplace. We support the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement in all three roles because they allow us to influence society, individuals and our business in a positive direction.
