Our advice is always based on you, and we constantly ensure that both pension savings and insurance are adapted to your current needs and wishes. That’s why we have both traditional advice sessions as well as targeted digital offers that ensure your scheme fits with your personal circumstances.
Receive notifications when it’s time to check your pension
If you wish, we will get in touch with you when it's a good idea to check your pension or when we want to give you some good advice along the way. We call this event-based advice.
In addition to physical advice, we contact our customers digitally when we see changes in their lives that could have an impact on their pension scheme. By combining data with knowledge and experience, we ensure that you receive targeted communication that is relevant to you.
Examples of situations where we contact you with a specific request:
- Change in marital status (marriage/divorce)
- Over-insured
- New job
- New house
- Investment risk in relation to age

If life after work is approaching
A large part of our advice for seniors is about inspiring you to think about your future life in retirement and open up a conversation about your wishes and needs. We help you plan the order in which you will use your pension funds and any available funds and equity in order to achieve the best interaction, also with public pensions.
We hold senior seminars each year for customers approaching retirement age. We call it the 58+ seminar.
After the senior seminars, customers have the opportunity to sign up for a meeting with one of our senior advisers, who can help with gaining an overview of finances in retirement. We often see that our customers bring their spouse or cohabiting partner to the meeting, so the advice covers all aspects of retirement finances.
