Critical illness insurance
With critical illness insurance, a tax-free lump sum will be paid out if you suffer from one of the critical illnesses covered by the insurance. This gives you and your family greater financial freedom to seek expert treatment abroad, take leave from work, repay debts or fulfill some of your dreams.
What you are covered for
If you suffer from a critical illness that meets the criteria for diagnosis in the insurance terms and conditions in force at any time, you have the option of receiving a tax-free lump sum. This will give you financial room for maneuver so you can concentrate on getting healthy. AP Pension also offers free membership of the Danish Heart Foundation, the Danish Cancer Society or Hjernesagen (national association working for people affected by coronary thrombosis or cerebral hemorrhage).
You can see your cover on Min Pension or in our app, Mobil AP.
