Candidates for the board election
Here you can read more about the Board of Directors of Foreningen AP Pension f.m.b.a. (the Association) and find information on what it takes to serve on the Board of Directors and how to stand for election.
The Association’s Board of Directors consists of up to 18 members:
The Board of Directors consists of up to eight members elected by and from among the representatives. Half of the board members are elected in even-numbered years, while the other half are elected in odd-numbered years.
In connection with the notice convening the annual general meeting, the Board of Directors submits its recommendation as to which board members the Board of Representatives should elect.
Board members are elected by a vote for specific candidates from among those recommended by the Board of Directors and all other candidates who have declared their candidacy within the deadline.
There will be a single round of voting. In the event of an equality of votes between several candidates, the requirement for representation by all electoral groups will take precedence. If there is still an equality of votes between the candidates, an additional round of voting will be held among only those candidates. If the vote remains tied, lots will be drawn between the candidates.
At the 2027 Annual General Meeting, the current Board of Directors, elected by the general meeting, will step down, and a new election must be held for all board members elected by the general meeting.
